Unlocking the body through the five elements

Spring is already here and all the elements in nature are already beautifully awakened. We, too, will unlock the body through five elements - fire, water, air, earth, ether.

Each element has its own vibration, its own character, and each person carries within himself one or a combination of elements that define his character and bodily constitution. One of the elements may be close to us and the other completely foreign, but they are all necessary to get to know each other at the deepest level, to free ourselves from rigidity and unlock the physical, mental, energetic and emotional system.

We will unlock ourselves through the body, collective communication through movement, dance, voice, sound, and a special way of breathing. In this way, we will move the boundaries of mental beliefs, populate new movements in the body, and transcend our established movement pattern. 

We will break free from routine and discover lightness within ourselves. We will be accompanied by an ecstatic Dj set of five elements, which I am preparing just for this event.

The workshop is led by Lili Gavrilovic together with a team of assistants.

For the workshop you need: light clothing, two large towels or blankets, a yoga mat, a scarf or shawl, and a bottle of water. 

Take a break the day before the workshop and get some rest after the workshop! The number of applications is limited.

When: May 28 (Friday) between 5 and 9 p.m. May 29 (Saturday) between 11 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Where: Ljubljana (locations will be announced a few days before the workshop) 

Price: 130 € - until 10.05.2021 € 150 - until 24.05.2021

The reservation is guaranteed only by paying an advance of € 65 until 10.5.2021. The rest of the payment no later than 24.05. It is not possible to cancel the reservation, but you can hand over the place to someone else.
