Dearmouring Weekend

During difficult times, we all suffer from emotional and physical fatigue, feel tense and unconnected to ourselves. That’s why attending a Dearmouring workshop is very healing, as it helps you get in touch with yourself, feel what your truth is, where your happiness lies, and what you need to feel free. And once you reconnect with yourself, you can live your full potential.

Dearmouring is basically a deep journey within that you can experience individually or as a group. The two-day workshop is suitable for everyone, especially for those who are interested in Dearmouring, but have not yet tried it. A wonderful addition to the techniques we practice in the workshop is the group dynamic which is different every time. In the world of individualism and judgement, connecting with loving people can be very healing. Our workshops are a place where we support each other, truly listen to each other, and feel the love that connects us all.

During the two days we will physically release tensions from our bodies and allow ourselves to feel different emotions. We will invite restorative and relaxing breath into our bodies. We will work on the emotional layer of the body, discover new potentials, and achieve complete relaxation of body and mind. We will reconnect with the ancient traditional knowledge that is already deep within us.

The effect of the practice is remarkable! Light body, fluidity, happiness, relaxing emptiness, love. When we get to know our soul, we meet each other and unite into oneness. If you want to connect with all your emotions, face your blockages, and look beyond your armor, this workshop is for you. Reconnect with yourself, discover the most authentic part of yourself and allow it to take more space in your life. Look inside yourself, create an intention and join us. The workshop is a place where you can express yourself without any judgement and where you will be supported by experienced Dearmouring practitioners.

You need light clothing, two large towels or blankets, a yoga mat, a scarf or shawl, and a bottle of water.

Your guides at the workshop:

Lili Gavrilović Lili has been doing bodywork for more than 15 years. An experienced masseuse and yogini, she quickly recognizes physical and emotional blockages and knows how to guide people into a more fluid, relaxed and content state. She found her calling in Dearmouring because it combines many levels of awareness and work. Because she processed a lot of things herself, she can really hold space for Dearmouring to happen. With her strong and loving presence, she gives you a sense of security to face your depths and reconnect with your essence.

Janez Vidrih Janez is a certified therapist with deep knowledge of Yumeiho - Japanese manual therapy and Dearmouring. He gained his skills and knowledge in Slovenia, Croatia, the Netherlands, and Estonia. As an assistant, he participated in many workshops, and it was there that he learned how to hold space and help people release strong patterns and deep traumas.

Ayla Heier Ayla is a Dearmouring Therapist from the Netherlands who is constantly gaining her knowledge and experience through various schools and teachers, driven by curiosity and a desire for new knowledge. She makes you feel safe and seen.

Žiga Miklavc Žiga enables people to reawaken to joy, courage, faith and hope in all their cells with healing music. Many years of shamanic experience gained by working with the natives of the Amazon and medicinal plants have taught him to hold a safe place for exploring the depths of the soul and traveling into the unknown.
