Welcome to a 5-day workshop – Total relaxation & regeneration!

Who is the workshop for?

The workshop is intended for everyone who feels a strong desire to connect with pure nature, experience the simplicity of life, receive a mental detox (no phones, computer) and just be in peace, love and creativity.

Do you feel like you need to reset before your actual (family) vacation, maybe you don’t have many free days this summer and want to fully use the time you have or you want to give yourself something different and meaningful as a vacation.

The workshop will be led through human expressions and movements, dance, breath and meditation, connection with our essence that influence our psychophysical state.

We will intertwine and connect many aspects of being human and being in nature with pure basic elements and turn them into a unique experience.

We will surrender to our guidance, unlock our bodies and reconnect to our true power by trusting the intelligence of life.

The goal of this retreat is to reach a state of awakened relaxation and to fully enjoy life!

What will we do during this retreat?

• Bodywork (Morning ayurvedic walking massage, embodiment exercises, magic of connection through touch).

The workshop will be in a group of 10 to 20 people.

Accomodation

Beautifully renovated hay rack/barn.

You will bring your own mat and sleeping bag.

Clean and well functioning compost toilets.

Organic garden watered by rainwater.

Showers powered by solar energy.

Price includes 3 meals a day, communal sleeping facility, program.
