Popolni Odklop - in the wild

All of you who have been with me in Razazija know that this very magical place in me called again! 

We will have a particularly energetic workshop, so I invite you to join me in this wonderful space in May!

We will be hosted by Miro Žitko in the eco-hamlet RAZAZIJA, which is located in pristine nature at 900 m above sea level. There we will easily find peace and experience complete disconnection.

- We will live in a house built from natural materials (clay, straw, wood).

- We will eat excellent, completely natural, locally grown vegan food.

- We will drink pure spring water.

- We will sleep on specially made wooden beds and straw mattresses in the common room.

- We will swim in natural pools.

The 'Complete disconnection' workshop consists of three parts that perfectly intertwine with each other:

- We will start the morning with an energy walk in silence and then continue with an excellent technique for releasing repressed blockages.

- During the day, we will immerse ourselves in the world of Yin and Yang yoga, where we will go out of the comfort zone and look for the connection between strength and tenderness, learn energetic breathing to raise the essence of life and get to know each other from the inside and outside.

- The evening will be a very special magical meditation and integration.
