Do you want to do yoga in Tivoli and renew your yoga practice?

Ganesha yoga workshops are monthly sets of 3-hour magical workshops in which we focus on yoga, depending on the season, and the state in which we are here and now, based on the practice of yoga and meditation and breathing techniques.

In the 3-hour workshop, you will get yogic philosophy adapted to the season, elements, nutrition advice, a set of asanas/exercises, pranayama and meditation, as well as relaxation techniques. The program is compiled in such a way that you then carry it out at least partially at home until the next workshop. With regular sadana (yoga practice), which you will slowly learn to do regularly, these programs will really come to life and the effects will definitely come.

I designed the program mainly based on my more than 20 years of yoga practice and during this time I designed countless yoga programs.

I will share the acquired knowledge with you in a truly yogic way, and the simple and undemanding monthly program will restore your energy every time. Over the years, I myself have come to this simple simplicity, how to follow natural rhythms and cycles, how to maintain our energy potential, so that we are not tired, do not burn out, remain joyful, sincere, compassionate and are in the moment here and now.

Yoga workshop and regular monthly sessions

It is especially suitable for those who need their own regular yoga practice at home, which has been calling you for a long time. You can also internalize it at home and hang out with yourself, dedicate the time you want so much. You may have tried many times on your own, but there was no real guidance.

In order to facilitate the organization, please inform me of your participation as soon as possible.

Your children and teenagers are also welcome. Many times they only need an invitation and for them the participation is free.
