Dihalnica - SHINE THE LIGHT

March is coming and I prepared two new sessions for you on the first Saturday. 

The theme, SHINE THE LIGHT, will be reflected in the music mix that will support us during the session. 

The preparation of music always excites me and inspires me for a new topic and breath session.

When?

Lili Studio, Križevniska ulica 5 (1st floor, ring the lilistudio-bell)  

What can you expect? 

It is a breathing technique with powerful effects on the physical as well as emotional, mental and energetic levels. With the deep release of body tensions, you will also be able to vent your emotional blockages during the breathwork. Therefore, it is nothing unusual if you cry, laugh, and feel liveliness, joy, relaxation, calmness, and pleasure during the guided exercise. No prior knowledge is required. At each breathwork, a technique is presented for new and regular/occasional participants, even those who are regular breathers will get instructions and advice on how to improve your technique, depending on your current state and mood!

The music will be chosen according to the essence, and the workshop will be led by Lili.

At the beginning of the breathwork, we will connect and share how we feel and at the end, after the integration, we will drink tea together and feel the effects of the breathing room itself.

What do you need?

- light and comfortable clothes (you can sweat during breathwork, so bring clothes for before and after practice)

- blindfold or eye mask

- please do not come to the breathwork wearing perfume and do not use strong deodorants!

Each breathwork sessions is a unique and unrepeatable experience, so choose yours according to the time frame that suits you. Come to the workshop with an empty stomach (don't eat for at least 2-3 hours, and after the workshop, take time to rest and enjoy! Hydrate yourself, drink at least 8 glasses of water dat day, this way the toxins that came to the surface during the respiratory tract will more easily be washed away.

Workshops sell out quickly, so reserve your spot now. The groups are small, so everyone gets special attention and instructions for breathing practice.

The price of each breathwork session: € 30, and every 6th session is free. The sessions will be regularly scheduled in 2023 (at least once a month)

Your reservation is guaranteed only by purchasing an online ticket.

Cancellation  is not possible, but you can give the place to someone else.
